JML Measurement and Testing Services was founded in 2018 by Joy Matthews-López, PhD. With offices in Florida, Ohio, and Guatemala City, Guatemala, we provide services to clients throughout the United States, Latin America, and other international markets.

Our current certification and licensure clients are from the healthcare, engineering, public health, and safety sectors. We also serve clients in K-12, higher education, and government spaces.

JML Measurement and Testing Services proudly partners with Assessment Systems to provide a secure, reliable platform to develop and deliver exams, including options for live remote proctoring.
